　　Warm and moist air flows towards the front in the Tsushima Strait, making the atmospheric conditions very unstable. The front is expected to stagnate until the 11th, and a low pressure system on the front line is expected to pass through the Tsushima Strait from the night of the 10th to the 11th.
　　For this reason, in Saga Prefecture, heavy rain accompanied by lightning and very heavy rain will fall locally until noon on the 11th, and there is a risk of heavy rain. There is also a risk of severe gusts of wind such as lightning strikes and tornadoes.
