In Saga Prefecture, be careful and alert for landslides from the morning to the evening of the 18th, and be careful of flooding of low-lying land and rising rivers. Also, be aware of severe wind gusts such as lightning strikes and tornadoes until the beginning of the night of the 18th.

  In the northern Kyushu region, warm and moist air around the high pressure system is expected to continue to flow in through the 18th, and the atmospheric condition is expected to become very unstable.
  As a result, there is a risk of heavy rain accompanied by lightning locally in Saga Prefecture from early morning to noon on the 18th, resulting in heavy rain. If the rain clouds develop more than the current forecast, there is a risk of warning-level heavy rainfall. There is also a risk of severe wind gusts, such as lightning strikes and tornadoes.
