In Saga Prefecture, tomorrow (3rd) is expected to be dangerously hot with extremely high temperatures and easy to heat stroke. Take action to prevent heat stroke.

<Actions to prevent heat stroke>
・When indoors, use the air conditioner appropriately and stay in a cool environment.
・ Please try to go out outdoors for as short a time as possible and avoid hot hours. Also, make use of parasols and hats.
・Regardless of whether you are indoors or outdoors, please rehydrate and salt frequently.
・People who are prone to heat stroke, such as the elderly, children, people with chronic diseases, people with physical disabilities, and people who are obese, should take action to prevent heat stroke. Also, please watch over and talk to those who are prone to heat stroke.
・Facility managers and event organizers should check the heat index and call on facility users and event participants to prevent heat stroke.

The heat index at information points nationwide is provided on the Ministry of the Environment's "Heat Stroke Prevention Information Site". Please check the heat index of your local location on the "Heat Stroke Prevention Information Site" and take action to prevent heat stroke.

This information is released when the heat index (WBGT) is predicted to be 33 or higher, and it is information that reminds you to be aware of how to protect yourself. The announcement will be made around 5 p.m. the day before the forecast date or around 5 p.m. on the day of the forecast.
For areas where information (No. 1) was announced around 5 p.m. on the day before the forecast date, information (No. 2) will be released even if the latest forecast drops to less than 33 at around 5 a.m. on the day of the forecast, and caution against heat stroke will be announced.
