In Saga Prefecture, please be wary of flooding of low-lying land in the afternoon of the 10th, and landslides, rising rivers and flooding in the evening of the 10th. There is a possibility that a linear precipitation band will continue to occur toward the evening of the 10th, and the risk of heavy rain disasters will increase rapidly.
 [Weather Overview]
  The rainy season front is expected to stagnate in the northern Kyushu region on the 10th and slowly move southward on the 11th. Warm and moist air is flowing towards the front, and the atmospheric conditions are very unstable.
  As a result, heavy rain accompanied by lightning will fall in Saga Prefecture until the evening of the 10th, and there is a risk of heavy rain.
  There is also a risk of severe wind gusts, such as lightning strikes and tornadoes.
