Prefectural Weather Information | Saga Weather Information on Heavy Rain
June 8, 2025 16:34 Saga Regional Meteorological Observatory announcement
In Saga Prefecture, from the morning of the 10th to around the 11th, please be careful and vigilant against landslides, inundation of low-lying land, and swelling and flooding of rivers.
 [Weather Overview]
The rainy season, which has been stagnant in the southern part of Kyushu, will move northward to the northern part of Kyushu by the night of the 9th, and then stagnate until around the 11th. Warm and moist air is expected to flow in toward the front, and the atmospheric conditions are expected to become unstable in the northern Kyushu region.
For this reason, there is a risk of heavy rain in Saga Prefecture from the morning of the 10th to around the 11th. If the activity of the front becomes more active than expected, or if the inflow of developed rain clouds continues, there is a possibility of warning-level heavy rainfall.
