In Saga Prefecture, heavy rain accompanied by lightning will fall locally from before noon to early afternoon on the 24th, and there is a risk of heavy rain. Be careful and vigilant against landslides, inundation of low-lying land, and swelling of rivers.

  A low-pressure system accompanied by a front in central China is expected to develop and pass through the northern Kyushu region on the 24th. Warm and moist air is expected to flow into the low-pressure system and fronts, causing unstable atmospheric conditions.
  As a result, there is a risk of heavy rain accompanied by lightning locally in Saga Prefecture from the afternoon of the 24th to the early afternoon, and heavy rain.
